We Are In-Network and Accept Major Insurance Plans

At Better Day Counseling, we prioritize accessibility by accepting various insurance plans, including private and employee assistance plans.

Insurers regularly update their coverage offerings, so we encourage you to verify your insurance coverage before your initial visit. We are licensed in GA.

Fees & Rates Payment Terms

Co-pays, coinsurances, and deductibles must be paid before services are rendered and will be billed to the credit card on file. Cash-paying patients without insurance must also make payment prior to their visit.

Billing and Payments

We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, HSA cards and FSA cards as forms of payment. We are in-network with select insurances and are in the application process with other major health insurances. Our fees are subject to change periodically. In the event of fee increases, you will receive a 30-day notice.

Fee Schedule

At Better Day Counseling, our priority is to provide transparent and accessible mental health services to support your well-being. Please review the following fee schedule:

Initial Intake Assessment: $180

Follow-Up Re-Evaluations: $150

Individual Therapy Sessions - $150 per session

Family Session - $160

Couples Session - $160

Group Counseling - $50 (Normally 5-7 individuals per group)

No-show Fees:

(Not billable to insurance)-Less than 24-hours/Same-Day Appointment

Cancellation/No-Show Fee: $35

Additional Service Fees (Not billable to insurance):

Academic or Work Accommodations Letters: $50 flat fee

FMLA/Disability Forms / Paperwork: $50 - $100 for each submission
